If you have to call…

We love hearing from customers, and helping you run your business is part of our DNA.  We hope you don’t feel it necessary to call us for help, we try to make QuickBooks Online as easy to use as possible, but sometimes you do need to pick up the phone.

When you call into QuickBooks Online support our support reps will ask you for your company ID. This allows them to give you the best possible service.   To save your valuable time, you will want to have your company ID ready when you call.

To find your Company ID, click on “My Account” near the top right hand side of the screen.

In the “My Account” page, you’ll see your Company ID.  Hopefully, yours isn’t blurry like this example.

CompanyID

If you don’t have this info when you call, don’t worry. Our rep will walk you through the process or access your account with your email address. Having your company ID before hand, though, will make the call a little faster for you.

    we checked out your new customer center and it doesn’t show original billing and doesn’t give us the option to print our individual statements showing all the history of the loans. very slow to respond and a general pain in the neck.
