I was looking to chat with someone online regarding a prevalent QuickBooks Online issue. Instead I have to "chat" with "Qubie", what essentially is a modified F1 key internal search engine. This is underwhelming at best, and insulting at worst. What a disappointment. Back to Google search, as Qubie was unable to provide a reasonable solution.

how do I unmask the employee social security number? I am trying to send 1099's to employees for a non-profit and they are using Quickbooks On-line Basic - I am going to re-set their "employees" up as vendors because they are all contract labor.

thanks!

Go Qubie! We are actively working on his content, but this can be a really great way for customers to get answers quickly. Make sure you let us know whether you are successful with your session, because that's how we continually update him and he gets smarter and smarter as we go along! We would love to see what you as customers think about your experience using him. :) Comment away!
