Somewhat off topic but can I ask what the "billing manager" is that you mentioned. The link didn't work. I am looking for other billing options to use the QBO. Thanks!

My husband and I work together managing our sign company. We have three small kids and I run around ALL day dropping off and picking up at school at different times and going back and forth to the office. BUT now with Quickbooks online I can work from home. We also LOVE the fact that we have it at our finger tips on our iphone! Not only do I LOVE IT but my husband is a "numbers" man so the graphs and all the reports are extremely helpfull. He Loves it! I can't wait to explore more and see what I find!

My tool WAS QuickBooks online. Do not underestimate the importance of the Budget feature, if you are not already doing so, get it active, use the package program and grab some sales forms too.

QuickBooks Online how gives me the ability to keep track of my business using my Droid. The first day you are standing at a client site, and are able to invoice the client on the spot, and they have the invoice show up in their inbox ten seconds later....their jaws drop. And you never forget to bill a client again.
